5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
5.1 Services
If you wish to reschedule a service, please notify us at least 7 days before the appointment. Refunds are not available after services have commenced. Eligible cancellations submitted via contact form at least 7 days in advance will receive a refund processed within 14 business days to the original payment method or, upon request, via bank transfer. Rescheduling requests are accepted once per service without additional charges.
5.2 Info Products
All digital materials come with a 14-day satisfaction period. To request a refund, submit your request via contact form within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
5.3 Goods
Tangible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain unused and in original packaging. Initiate a return via contact form. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
5.4 Non-Refundable Services
Certain premium consultancy sessions are non-refundable due to preparatory work and commitment of specialist time. These services are marked as non-refundable on the purchase page.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials provided by AccPulseNow are protected and owned by AccPulseNow.
7. Limitation of Liability
AccPulseNow’s total liability arising from any claim related to these terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant offering.
